Time For Vacation!
Day 3-It's def-in-ate-ly time for a break. Yesterday I got almost everything done I needed to - and then some. Added to the list of packing for the family, cleaning the living room, cleaning the car, working at my job, taking care of my son - was take the car through the car wash (with the dog which was quite funny), fix a virus problem on my Dad's computer and then go out to dinner and spend the evening (until 12-ish) with my very best friend. Those things were extras! How do we Mom's do it!
Anyway - a little tired and headachy today and just finished working out. If you could call it that. I stalled and rested whenever I could. I work out MWF 6:30-7:30 with my husband a personal trainer at my house. Two years after having gastric bypass and losing 100lbs, I was still not exercising, so I made a commitment to a personal trainer for a year. Two years later, now my husband works out with me and the trainer and he loves it too. Our health is worth the price.
Great time chatting best friend/mommy talk with Liz. She's the best. I always laugh loudest with her. I always find comfort and understanding in a friendship that is 33 years strong and growing. I very lucky to have her in my life. She's the balls!
Won't blog this weekend while away - although we're bringing the laptop with us and should be able to find wifi. (Is that right? It looks weird). Hope to start reading the Well Trained Mind book for homeschooling idea's and knowledge. Plus I hope to nap. I love to nap. When I retire plan to garden, read and nap. Not really garden that much, mostly read and nap. Ahhhh, heaven!
ciao!
Just ME!
